The Vertical Multistage Pump adopts a vertical high-pressure centrifugal pump design with optimized diffuser vane construction to effectively balance radial forces during operation.The pump features bottom suction and top discharge with radial suction and radial discharge configuration, providing compact installation and stable hydraulic performance.
An independent angular contact ball bearing system with grease lubrication nozzles ensures reliable operation and extended bearing service life.The pump and motor are connected through a flexible coupling for stable power transmission and reduced vibration.
The suction end adopts medium-lubricated PEEK sliding bearings with excellent wear resistance and reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.The Vertical Multistage Pump is designed for easy maintenance. Bearings and shaft seals can be serviced without disassembling the pump casing, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.The pump casing, diffuser vanes, and impellers are precision manufactured with smooth internal flow passages and low surface roughness to improve hydraulic efficiency.The pump casing is designed with a pressure resistance strength of up to 70 bar, while the anti-wear layer thickness is not less than 3 mm for enhanced durability.The seal chamber structure is compatible with multiple sealing configurations, including single mechanical seals, balanced mechanical seals, and cartridge mechanical seals.Installation orientation can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Multiple discharge outlets can also be configured to meet different system pressure demands while minimizing installation space.
