The Radial Suction Multistage Pump adopts a multistage sectional design for high-pressure and high-head industrial fluid transfer applications. Suction and discharge flanges are available according to ANSI, PN, and JIS standards to meet various international project requirements.
The standard configuration features top suction and top discharge with radial suction and radial discharge. Installation orientation can also be adjusted to 0°, 90°, or 180° according to customer requirements.
The pump casing adopts either foot-mounted or centerline support structures to improve operational stability and reduce deformation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.The Radial Suction Multistage Pump allows flexible stage configuration to meet different head requirements for various high-pressure transfer applications.
Liquid enters the impeller axially from one side. Axial thrust is balanced by a balance drum, while the remaining thrust load is supported by back-end angular contact ball bearings for reliable long-term operation.
The impeller is fixed on the shaft using keys, shaft sleeves, and sleeve nuts. One end of the shaft is directly connected to the motor through a coupling for stable power transmission.The sealing ring is made of high-performance PEEK material to prevent high-pressure liquid leakage back to the suction side. It offers excellent wear resistance and can be easily replaced after wear.The balance ring is also manufactured from PEEK material and works together with the balance drum to effectively balance axial thrust and improve pump reliability.The Radial Suction Multistage Pump uses ball bearings and back-to-back angular contact ball bearings to better handle axial loads, with bearing service life exceeding 50,000 hours.The labyrinth seal design prevents moisture and dust from entering the bearing housing, protecting lubrication performance and extending bearing life.
