The standard sealing configuration uses cartridge mechanical seals, with flushing systems designed according to API 682 requirements to ensure reliable sealing performance and extended service life.The modular structure design provides greater flexibility for configuration selection, shortens delivery time, and maximizes component interchangeability. This helps reduce spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
Maintenance is simple and convenient. Ball bearings, mechanical seals, and balancing devices can be serviced without removing the piping system or disturbing the driver, reducing downtime significantly.The balance drum and balance disc combination effectively balances axial thrust throughout the full operating range, ensuring stable and reliable operation.All rotating components are dynamically balanced after individual impeller balancing to reduce vibration and improve operational stability.The first critical speed is always higher than the maximum operating speed, providing safer and more reliable high-speed operation.The Axially Split Multistage Pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with API 610 and ISO 2858 standards.
