Product Features:

The pump body and cover are made using a silica sol process. The flow channel is converging. A rubber sealing ring is placed between the pump body and cover. A pipe thread hole for mounting a vacuum gauge is drilled on the inlet flange.

The impeller is also made using a silica sol process. It has a single-sided inlet and curved blades. Several holes are drilled near the shaft bore (not drilled for speed reduction) to balance axial force. A static balance test is performed during manufacturing. The impeller is fixed at one end of the shaft, and a coupling is installed at the other end. During operation, the shaft rotates within a ball bearing in the bracket. The fully enclosed grease-lubricated deep groove ball bearing requires no maintenance. Under normal operating conditions, the service life is at least 50,000 hours.

The pump and motor are mounted on the same base and connected by a flexible coupling. During installation, it is crucial to ensure that the motor and pump shafts are aligned on the same centerline.

Single-suction chemical pumps are equipped with double-end mechanical seals. The seal chamber is externally connected to flushing water, with a flushing pressure 0.2 bar higher than the pump inlet pressure. For inlet pressures of 0.01-0.35 bar and temperatures of 5-30 degrees Celsius, a self-contained circulating sealing tank can be selected to reduce the need for external flushing water. Some pump bodies employ a dual-flow-channel design to reduce radial forces, thereby extending the life of the mechanical seal and bearings, and reducing vibration and noise.

The pump body inlet and outlet flange standard is PN16. To meet the diverse requirements of users worldwide, standards such as ANSI and JIS can also be selected.
