Product Features
The Single Suction Centrifugal Pump is designed according to ISO 2858 standards, featuring interchangeable performance parameters and installation dimensions with other pumps of the same standard.
The standard design working pressure is 1.6 MPa. According to customer requirements, the actual working pressure can reach 2.5 MPa by upgrading component materials, ensuring reliable operation under higher inlet pressure conditions.
A corrosion allowance of more than 3 mm provides extended corrosion resistance and longer service life.
The back pull-out design allows removal of the rotor assembly without disconnecting inlet or outlet piping, making installation and maintenance more convenient.
Some pump models adopt a double volute casing design to reduce radial force, extending the service life of mechanical seals and bearings while reducing vibration and noise.
The standard suction and discharge flange rating is PN16. ANSI and JIS flange standards are also available to meet different international project requirements.
The Single Suction Centrifugal Pump uses fully enclosed grease-lubricated deep groove ball bearings, requiring no regular maintenance. Under normal operating conditions, bearing service life exceeds 50,000 hours.
The shaft design adopts a smaller shaft overhang ratio and a larger shaft diameter compared with conventional centrifugal pumps, improving shaft rigidity. Under all operating conditions, shaft deflection at the mechanical seal position does not exceed 0.05 mm, extending the service life of both mechanical seals and bearings.
The seal chamber structure is compatible with different sealing configurations, including various mechanical seals and packing seals, to meet different application requirements.

The Single Suction Centrifugal Pump is suitable for clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
Liquid temperature range: -20°C to 120°C.
