Product Features:

The horizontal feed pump is a direct-coupled, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Its performance is identical to that of a bearing chamber pump. The structure is simplified based on the bearing chamber pump foundation, eliminating brackets and bearings, and adopting a direct-coupled structure. The pump impeller is connected to the pump shaft and motor shaft using a sleeve. The motor is a standard motor, eliminating the limitations of customized extended shaft motors that restrict motor selection and lead times. The pump body and motor are fixedly assembled via a connecting frame. It features a simple structure, lightweight design, and ease of use.

 

The impeller and pump shaft are reliably locked using an impeller nut with a spring washer. The sleeve structure of the horizontal feed pump rigidly connects the pump shaft and motor shaft, reducing installation and commissioning steps before start-up, improving pump operation stability, and extending the service life of the shaft seal and motor bearings.

 

A corrosion allowance of 3mm or more on the pump body ensures a long corrosion-resistant lifespan.

 

Applicable Media: Horizontal feed water pumps are suitable for: Clean water or clean liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water; liquid temperature range: -20°C to 120°C;
