Product Features: 

The corrosion-resistant double-suction pump mainly consists of a pump body, pump cover, sealing ring, and rotor assembly. The rotor assembly mainly consists of a shaft and impeller, impeller retainer, and shaft sleeve mounted on the shaft. The parts on the shaft are fixed and locked with flat keys and round nuts, making them a single unit. The entire rotor is supported by bearings at both ends. Except for the 48SAP-30 model pump, which uses sliding bearings lubricated with thin oil, all other products use rolling bearings. Rolling bearings can be lubricated with either thin oil or grease. Bearing assemblies with cooling water devices can be connected to external cooling water. The cooling water pressure is 0.10~0.15 MPa, and the flow rate is 0.8~1.2 m²/h.

 

Shaft end seals can be: A) packing seals and soft packing seals; B) single-end mechanical seals and double-end mechanical seals. Users can choose the shaft seal method themselves. The packing seal components mainly consist of packing sleeves, packing rings, water seal pipes, packing, and packing glands. The mechanical seal components mainly consist of mechanical seal components and mechanical seal glands.

 

Cooling and lubricating water for the packing area and flushing and cooling water for the mechanical seal area can both be supplied through the water seal pipe using the pump's own water (if clean water) or external ambient temperature clean water (if turbid water). The external clean water pressure should be 0.05~0.10 MPa higher than the pump inlet pressure, with a flow rate of 0.8~1.2 m³/h. The mechanical seal flushing fluid inlet is located directly above the mechanical seal gland.

 

The corrosion-resistant double-suction pump is horizontally installed, with both the suction and discharge ports below the pump centerline and perpendicular to the pump shaft. The pump body and pump cover are horizontally separated along the center of the pump shaft. During maintenance, it is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes and the motor. The rotor assembly can be removed for repair simply by disconnecting the coupling bolts and the pump cover, making it very convenient.

 

The pump and motor are connected by a flexible coupling.

 

Applicable Media: Liquids with chemical properties similar to water; mixtures of grease or phosphating impurities, with a liquid temperature range of 10°C to 80°C;
